This application is designed specifically for authorized Channel Partners, center managers, instructors, and administrative staff associated with Orphosys Foundation to manage courses, batches, student admissions, attendance, educational records, logistics, and partner operations.

All communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS). Sensitive session tokens are protected using secure on-device hardware storage.

1Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and enhance educational center management services. The types of data collected include:
- Partner & Staff Profile Information: Full name, phone number, email address, center address, franchise credentials, and authentication data required for secure sign-in.
- Student & Educational Records: Student full name, date of birth, parent/guardian name and phone number, enrolled courses, batch timetable, attendance records, exam submissions, and certificates issued.
- Financial & Operational Records: Student fee payment status, receipt logs, passbook entries, and settlement summaries (credit card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our servers).
- Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, app version, unique device tokens for push notifications, crash logs, and network performance indicators to troubleshoot technical issues.
2Device Permissions Requested
Orphosys CP requests specific Android permissions strictly for explicit user-triggered operational features:
Required only when capturing student profile photos, scanning center QR codes, or snapping images of admission forms and payment receipts.
Allows selecting images or PDF documents from your gallery to attach to student registrations, verification proofs, or downloading printable certificates.
Used solely if recording educational voice notes or participating in interactive audio demo assessments. Audio is never recorded in the background.
Used via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to alert partners regarding student admission inquiries, fee reminders, batch schedule updates, and urgent notices.
3How We Use Collected Information
We utilize the data collected strictly for legitimate educational, academic, and business purposes:
- Managing child brain development course enrollments and batch timetables.
- Recording student attendance, evaluating exam worksheets, and issuing authorized certificates.
- Facilitating franchise operations, kit inventory, and partner support.
- Sending critical account alerts, receipts, and important academic announcements.
- Troubleshooting application bugs, crash logs, and ensuring overall platform stability.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or student records to third-party marketers or advertising networks.

The Orphosys CP application is intended for adult use by authorized Channel Partners, educators, center owners, and administrative staff. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
Student information recorded in the app is collected by authorized partners with the consent and authorization of the students' parents or legal guardians for educational course administration, academic assessment, and certificate issuance only. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, update, or request the deletion of their child's educational records.
6Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

Users or partners who wish to permanently delete their account, student data, or personal records can do so at any time:
- Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected].
- Specify "Account & Data Deletion Request - Orphosys CP" in the subject line.
- Provide your Partner ID / Center Name and registered mobile number.
Upon verification, all personal identifiers and active profile records will be permanently erased from our operational databases within 30 business days, excluding records that must be retained under applicable statutory tax and accounting regulations.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of your information. Access to data is restricted strictly to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis.
